On the weekend of May 21-22, 2022, the first anniversary event to celebrate 175 years of railroads in Switzerland took place, with events mainly in Olten and Basel. Former Gotthard express train locomotive Be 4/7 # 12504 of SBB Hstoric, built in 1922 by SLM and SAAS with Sécheron drive for the new electrified Gotthard line. Later in service mainly in western part of Switzerland. Since 1976 historic operational vehicle, based first in Biel, now in Olten.
