Westbound Ft. Madison, IA, to Pearland, TX, auto train has a neat treat for the afternoon Transcon. A pair of KCS units head up this train as they make their way west on the Marceline Sub just west of Rutledge. Been wanting to get some snow action on the Marceline Sub, so the boys and I headed out for a day after Mother Nature dump about 5-8 inches of snow overnight. It was a beautiful winter wonderland out here.
