A southbound Union Pacific local approaches the Millennium Bridge at 16th Street and will soon cross over Cherry Creek on Colorado’s Joint Line out of Denver on September 2, 2021. A northbound coal train sits in the siding, and behind that is RTD’s light rail station stop for Denver Union Station.
