At 3:00 pm (15:00) this trainset passed through Orange as Metrolink train 684, an Orange County Line train operating from Los Angeles to Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo (Orange County’s "twin cities"). Twenty minutes later, with the crew relocated from the cab car to the cab of F125 927, this train departed northbound not for Los Angeles, but rather San Bernardino, as Inland Empire-Orange County Line train 808.
