After leading Empire 284 in from Niagara Falls, the Amtrak Phase V 50th Anniversary engine sits in the yard at the Rensselaer shops. This is the first of 6 engines to be painted in 50th Anniversary commemorative schemes. AMTK 705 is in the background.
