After some switching at Springs Junction, AL., C&S #2019 highballs West as they pass Glidewell Lake on their way back to Calera. C&S EMD's #2019 and 2022 were built in 1951 for the US Army. These locomotives were needed for the war in Korea between 1951-1953. The two units were later acquired in 1995 for use of the Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum in Calera, AL.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
