Remarks & Notes
Ab 663 was retired by NZR in 1969 and purchased by Mainline Steam in 1983 who returned it to the mainline in 1997. As part of a Vintage Weekend held in Whanganui, the train ran from Plimmerton depot to Feilding where the classic red cars were being added. The locomotive is currently not operational but some others of this class are ready to run.
