Stripes. The paint on Pennsylvania & Southern Railway (LTEX) 1211 SW1200 is almost complete as it sits outside at the railroad’s Chambersburg, PA facility on the evening of Friday, February 14, 2020. The extraordinary paint scheme memorializes “Operation Red Wings - Turbine 33 - Never Forget”, as the railroad serves an industrial park on part of what is still an active military facility.
