Remarks & Notes

The mid eighties was a colorful time for CSX made of various roads and you never knew what might be leading a train. On this day a trio of Chessie painted SD's lead a northbound out of Louisville heading next for Cincinnati. The lead SD40 is of Western Maryland heritage and was built in August 1966.
