A new year, a different take. The Mass Bay Railroad Enthusiasts operated a return of its "Two Rivers Special" on October 28, 2017. Using the Genesee & Wyoming (Providence & Worcester Railroad) set of passenger equipment, 4005 (B40-8W) and 4004 (B40-8) lead over Shaw's Cove in New London, CT.
