On September 9, 1994, a southbound Norfolk Southern train 047-08 Strates Carnival Train extra move is seen southbound on the NS H Line crossing the Potomac River at Shepardstown, WV. The train had three models of GEs on the head end, including B30-7A 3514 leading in classic Southern-style long hood forward, B23-7s 4000 and 4023, as well as U23B 3923.
