"ONE FOR THE ROAD"
A photo 7 years in the making. The Norfolk Southern Office Car Special (OCS) crossing the Potomac River at Shepherdstown, WV.
This train operates all over the system on frequent trips. I have never made it a priority to shoot. When I did have opportunities to photograph it. Something else would prohibit me from doing so. However, not on this day!
