Remarks & Notes
Victoria's oldest operating mainline steam locomotive Y112, built in 1889, powers slowly across the Merri Creek Viaduct between Rushall and Merri stations en-route to South Morang with a 'suburban rambler' tour. This was the first time the Y had visited many suburban locations since it was in service, and the first time any steam locomotive had visited South Morang since the original line closed in 1959.
