| Bay of Islands Vintage Railway Gabriel about to depart for Taumarere on the second trip of the day. A unique experience as the train goes through the middle of the town and in time to come will eventually go to Opua again. This rail line was one of the first in NZ transporting coal to Opua where it was loaded on ships to transport south to other ports. |
