A panned shot of 8F no. 8624 at Burrs, East Lancashire Railway, as it works the 10:00am service from Bury to Rawtenstall. The loco is on loan to the railway for two weeks only. The livery is authentic for an LMS passenger engine, but since this is a freight engine it would have been painted black in LMS days. However, most people agree that it still looks quite attractive.
