A Selma-bound loaded ethanol train approaches the diamond at Boylan behind a UP leader. Foreign power doesn't usually make it beyond Roanoke on these trains, so this set was a nice surprise. Boylan was once the location of a tower controlled by the original NS, which guarded their crossing of the Southern and Seaboard Air Line here. Today, NS, CSX, Amtrak & RJ Corman run here.
