Remarks & Notes

The LAW51 arrives in Smithville behind a trio of classic EMDs. The logo on the water tower makes Smithville's railroad heritage clear. Once a division point on the MKT, Smithville is quieter these days. That said, it's still a vital UP crew base and remains home to a small yard, used for classification for a separate local thats staged here.
