| Leading their first road train after coming out of CSX's Huntington shops on an engineering test run, a pair of ET23DCM's power the R207 local as it arrives in Russell, Kentucky and is routed into a yard track to drop the freight from Huntington. The ET23DCM locomotive designed by Wabtec and built by CSX utilizes an SD40-2 core and repowers it with a Tier 4 In-Line 6 prime mover and supporting equipment. |
