Remarks & Notes
Santa Fe diesel servicing area at Clovis, New Mexico, a Division Point eight miles west of the Texas border. Several freight trains operated between south Texas and California including the westbound GCF and TDF and eastbound CTX and BTX. This traffic resulted in the Clovis-Belen line being the busiest single track line on the system. Photo by Tom Hoffman, from my collection.
