Metrolink 91 Line train 708 passes through Placentia, where a third track is being installed. A pair of F59PHIs (887 and 878) lead this train, with CTC-5 Cab Car 666 on the rear. Ooh! Spooky! Twelve years later, that third track is in, but has never been placed in service. (Placentia, California – April 18, 2012)
