The Haedo yard on the Sarmiento line houses several abandoned trainsets from previous operators. Most of these sets are EMUs, but some diesel-powered railcars can be found, such as this former Renfe Series 593 cab car (which became the victim of arson several years ago). This car was imported from Spain as part of the purchase I described in my previous upload to RailPictures. A handful of these units can still be found in operation on the General Roca line between Pinamar and General Guido, further south within the Buenos Aires province.
