NJ Transit GP40PH-2 no.s 4101 and 4109 (EMD, 1968) are seen side by side at the railroad's 40th anniversary event at Hoboken Terminal. These locomotives actually predate the railroad, having been built for the Central Railroad of New Jersey prior to NJ Transit Rail Operations taking over operation of the commuter railroads in the State of New Jersey. |
