| Portrait of the 422 009 steam locomotive named LUCIA at the Aosta station. After the end of the First World War a large number of locomotives, mainly from the Royal Prussian Railways (KPEV) and the Austrian State Railways, Südbhan in particular, were sold to Italy for war reparations.
Among the 200 locomotives delivered by the Prussian Railways there were 67 machines of the type G8, registered by the FS in the class 422. |
