Domes To MTR. On Saturday, May 27, 2023, the first private cars to travel on the Amtrak Adirondack since its restoration post-pandemic and the first dome on this train since the Ocean View last operated in October, 2018 when Webb Rail LLC - WEBX's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/slpr 313 (WEBX 801044) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) held the markers from the Albany-Rensselaer, New York station to Montreal, Quebec with AMTK 88 (P42DC) leading train 69. The train is seen passing over South Bay in Whitehall, New York. The cars have since returned and are awaiting their next adventure.
