| After hitting a tree in Morrisville and damaging their lead unit, Amtrak 73 (right) returns back to Raleigh as they pass Amtrak 75 (left), who will pick up 73's passengers at Cary for the trip west towards Charlotte. Due to schedule timing, it's rare to get NCDOT equipment meeting on the eastern portion of the Piedmont corridor. |
