| VANCOUVER WA Jan 18 2014 — Sterling Bomba SW8 203 (b/n 15739) sits to the south of a Columbia Business Park warehouse. The locomotive was acquired by the Northwest Railroad institute. The unit was repainted and used for a while by the institute but is no longer in use. The diesel is former Colorado & Wyoming 203.
