Clean Cab. The cab of NAUG 859 (née-NW 859, GP9, 6/1959) was completely rebuilt as part of its recent overhaul. With few notable modern appliances, the railroad has preserved the simple EMD design of the controls stand. Acquired with sister unit NAUG 686 (née-NW 686, GP9, 3/1959) to allow the railroad to operate its freight and passenger services, the unit made its public debut on Friday, September 9, 2022, for the Heritage Rail Alliance Conference visit.
