| Vintage Locomotive Inc. has a new piece of equipment, well sitting in Chattanooga for the time being. the former LMX B39-8E has a rather interesting history from being retired after spending a majority of it's srvice on the BN and BNSF railway to being painted into the hideous inspired B&H paint scheme when it was own by the Saratoga & North Creek Railway. Some how this old "Gray Shark" found it's self being in storage under the ownership of the Huntsville Madison County Railroad. Today it's sitting outside of the former Western Auto Shop waiting for the owner out of Oak Ridge to have it moved to it's final home. |
