Bare Tree Shooting. On April 20, 2022, New York, Susquehanna, and Western Railway’s CL-1 crossed Butternut Creek in Jamesville, New York to interchange cars at Hanson Aggregates. NYSW SD40-2 3022 (née-NW 1605, SD40), SD70M-2 4060 (née NS 2751), and SD33ECO 3016 (née-SP 8542, SD40T-2) are seen shoving empty cars towards the quarry, having already retrieved the loaded cars. Although normally rail photographers prefer their landscape with nice leafy trees, in this case the early spring season shot allows for a more encompassing view of the facility.
