Remarks & Notes |
A northbound grain empty rumbles across the 1928 cement Gregory Boulevard Viaduct Bridge around MP 15 on the southside of KC. The bridge spans 500 feet long on the KCS Pittsburg Sub. It is one of many bridges that the KCS built in 1928 when they relocated the mainline out of the Blue River Gore and to ease the grade and problems the old mainline faced. Cool old bridge, kind of sucks it blocks alot of the trucks on the engines. |
