Remarks & Notes

A lot of BN SD40s gravitated to the Transcon after the merger; case in point - this eastbound struggling up the long grade from the Colorado River to the Arizona Divide as it moves through Kingman Canyon; the lone four axle GP50 a reminder of past glories on this route. They should have put that pond is some less conspicuous location. Ektachrome.
