A trio of GE C40-8s power an empty Chicago & North Western unit coal train through Walker, Wyoming, on the afternoon of July 25, 1992. The train is headed back to load at one of the mines in Powder River Basin and is led by C&NW No. 8563 and Union Pacific Nos. 9321 and 9154. Interestingly, the Orin Line is still single-track through this section at that time.
