It's a cold evening as a westbound Norfolk Southern grain train is about to exit the Gallitzin Tunnel on track 2. Next door to the right of the two story red house and out of the picture is The Tunnel Inn Bed and Breakfast, a great place to spend the night watching trains and taking night photos. I highly recommend it and it is also about 10 minutes to Horseshoe Curve.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
