In March 1965, NYC GP9 7401 arrived at Mitchell, Ill., near East. St. Louis yard with a freight from Indianapolis. One Geep and three F-7's provided the power. The three F-7's 1851-1644-1791 all wore the "cigar band on black" color scheme. Part of my slide collection, Frank Smith Photo.
