West Side Rails. Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) held the markers on Amtrak train 244 on Thursday, August 26, 2021 as it paralleled the West Side Highway during a soft sunset. Evening traffic is still heavy even at just before 7:00 PM, but the rail passenger need only watch it as they pass by at speed.
