Looking down on the main concourse of Denver Union Station on the morning of September 2, 2021. Amtrak’s ticket office is on the left side of the far doors that go to all tracks, with shops and restaurants on both sides of first floor. Offices that once occupied the second and third floors of both wings are now the well-appointed rooms of the Crawford Hotel.
