| Last time it was a couple of donkeys. This time it was an irritable rooster that wanted to challenge my right to photograph West Virginia's most colorful 0-4-0T at Cool Springs Park near Rowelsburg.
This roadside attraction planned to open a steam tourist railroad in the early 1970s, and went so far as to acquire some locomotives and lay track. The dream never materialized and the equipment has remained static to this day. |
