| With less than a week till the re-launch of the Vermonter and Ethan Allen services in Vermont. The nearly year and a half absence of Amtrak in Vermont will be broken. With only occasional re-familiarity and qualification runs over the last few months, the state is eager to see the train back in service. On this rainy July morning, we see one of those qualifications runs passing southbound through downtown Bethel with a full length set. |
