Vintage diesel power of the SBB from the 1960'. This locomotives with 3, 4 and 6 axles were built for the replacement of the last steam locomotives, mainly of the E 3/3, E 4/4 and C 5/6 series. The steam era of the SBB, which was on "low fire" in the last years, ended definitively in 1968. From left to right: Em 3/3 # 18824 built in 1963, Em 3/3 # 18815 built in 1963 (both out of a series of 41 locomotives), Bm 4/4 # 18435 built in 1969 (out of a series of 46) and Bm 6/6 # 18505 built 1960 (out of a series of 14). The 3 locomotives on the left are used for shunting duties in the industrial work of the SBB in Olten. The Bm 6/6 on the right is part of the collection of SBB Historic and based in Olten (was used as shunter in Brig till 2016).
