| The thunderous sound of NS #4135 and #1079 in notch 8 fills the valley outside of Elkhorn, WV on January 16, 2021. The mountains are so steep in this location all of the sound from loaded eastbounds reverberate off the valley walls providing quite an auditory experience as trains grind up Elkhorn Grade. |
