Several pieces of the Southern Appalachia Railway Museum collection sit underneath the fading sun on this summer evening. At the point is my personal favorite, Clinchfield 3632, which is actually Seaboard Coast Line 2024 still sporting its Clinchfield disguise from the 75th Santa Train. It's also rather unique in that it still sports its original 20 cylinder 645 prime mover. Behind it is L&N 1216, one of the very few EMD SD35's that still remain. Bringing up the rear is Southern 2608, one of six remaining high hood EMD GP30s'.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
