| Burlington Northern SD9 6103 still wearing battered Big Sky Blue at Superior WI September 1973. The 6103 was built in February 1954 as Great Northern 576 and repainted to Big Sky Blue in October 1967. This unit was one of the last holdouts for old paint finally getting Cascade Green in February 1977. Unknown Photographer photo from my Collection. |
