| A butte called Monkey Face is in full alpen glow above the low freezing fog in The Carpenter Creek valley south of Larkspur, CO. Southbound coal crawls up the steep grade into the absolute first light of an early Spring sunrise. The dramatic weather created heavy wet snow along the entire region of the Colorado Joint Line later in the day and over night. Shot from my Mavic 2 Pro launched from near the Larkspur bridge. |
