CN SD40 no. 5016 leads a four unit light engine move across the international boundary that connected the Duluth, Winnipeg & Pacific to owner CN at Ft. Francis, ON/Ranier, MN (next to International Falls). By 1986 DWP Alco RS-11s were history and SD40s were doing much of the mainline work.
