Blue morning. Webb Rail LLC - WEBX's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman (observation/diner/sleeper) "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) spent the night in Amtrak's Southampton Yard in Boston, MA on April 29, 2017. As the observation car for the "New England States" this car spent many nights in Boston being prepared for the return trip to Chicago, Illinois for the New York Centra Railroad. Along side, Amtrak NPCU 90220 (ex-Amtrak 220, F40PH) wears the Downeaster Logo for service to Maine.
