Remarks & Notes
The Adelaide to Port Pirie train awaits departure time. The classic 900 class, built by the South Australia Railways, looked like they were inspired by the ALCO PA design but their innards were English Electric. This train is on 5' 3" gauge, by 1982 the line was regauged to standard gauge, by 1985 the 10 locos in the class were withdrawn.
