Remarks & Notes

A very rare sight! Bernina piloting locomotive Ge 2/2 #161 "Asnin" ("little donkey") from 1911 and railcar ABe 4/4 #34 from 1908 with a contemporary mixed train are seen in the world-famous Montebello Curve near Morteratsch in typical Fall season conditions with rain and fog. Nevertheless, the Morteratsch Glacier can be seen in the background. Private photo charter by R. Meier.
