| “WAITING FOR REBUILD” The 1025 the lowest active F40 in passenger service was built by Morrison Knudsen in 1991 and is slated to be rebuilt to add 20 years of service on the MBTA. My last trip to the area was in 1999. Only saw one F40 and one freight this time. Times have changed in the 20 years. |
