A pair of GP38-2s leased from Harbor Rail Services of California shove a string of covered hoppers at the TXI cement plant in Oro Grande, California, on January 17, 2018. HRSX 3007 is ex-Progress Rail (PRLX) 5059, ex-Norfolk Southern 5059, nee-Southern Railway 5059, and HRSX 3008 is ex-PRLX 5067, ex-NS 5067, nee-SOU 5067. Each was built with a high short hood (high nose), and the noses were lowered by Progress Rail to make them more appealing on the lease market.
