| Five assigned geeps in the CR 8040-8064 series lead another empty PPLX hopper train from PP&L's power plant at Strawberry Ridge, PA back to the coal fields. This train has come off the Buffalo Line onto Conrail's Corning Secondary at CP Muncy and is traveling the old Reading Lines main to Williamsport and Newberry Yard. Normally these trains would run north on the Buffalo Line on the opposite side of the Susquehanna River along Bald Eagle Mountain through South Williamsport bypassing Newberry Yard. |
